I have only had good experiences with Trigg County Hospital. Over the years I have truly appreciated having this facility near by. They have cared for my needs and my family members needs. Always I know that we will get good and compassionate care at Trigg County Hosp. If the level of care needed is beyond their facility, they don't hesitate to send you to a bigger hospital to get the care needed. I also think Trigg County Hospital has a well trained staff and the most caring staff of any hospital that I have seen.

Great place to be sick or injured. And I’m serious when I say the food is better than Nashville.

I was traveling from California on a tour of the south. I had an accident and totaled my VW convertible. I have never met a more caring group of hospital folk anywhere in the United States. They were superb to me! I will never forget them. I told everyone throughout the south of my wonderful experience here. It's not your size but how much you care. Thanks to all of you. Blessings..

At the end of October, I had a CT calcium scan done at Trigg County Hospital. When the results came back, they were significantly elevated. I scheduled an appointment with my cardiologist, and after going back and forth between a stress test and a heart cath, I finally decided on the heart cath since I had passed a stress test less than 10 months earlier. Not wanting to have the procedure before Christmas, I scheduled the cath for January. On January 21st, I went in for what was supposed to be a "quick in-and-out" cath, but it ended up lasting over three hours. During the procedure, I received three stents in my circumflex artery and suffered a heart attack. They had to stop the procedure due to the amount of dye I had received, in order to prevent damage to my kidneys. I went back again on the 27th and received two more stents in my LAD (the widow maker). Both of these arteries were 95% blocked, and I had experienced no symptoms prior to this. Had I not had the CT scan, I likely would have died without warning. I truly believe this test saved my life. Thank you, Trigg County Hospital!
